Yogurt for Skin Care

Yogurt adds enzymes and oils to the skin, working as a natural moisturiser. It can also reduce pore size, improve overall skin texture, and give you that healthy glow. It also helps to stop pimples and clear the skin very effectively. Slather yogurt on your acne daily. The rich zinc content will help to clear your skin.
One can simply just spread yogurt on the face and leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water it clears the face and gives natural moisture. if u are having pimples and want to stop them then you can mix some brewer’s yeast with plain yogurt and apply it on your face , wait for few minutes, and then wipe clean, it will help to stop them.

For stopping acne you can also use 1 tsp yogurt and 1/4 orange or 1/2 lemon juices. Mix together and smooth onto face. Allow to remain on for five minutes, and then rinse off with warm water.
