Cleansing
It’s the first and also essential step for daily skin care. How mane time you are cleansing your face that depends on your skin type Cleansing the face 2-3 times a day is sufficient for the normal skin , but if you are having a oily skin it is needed at least 3-4 time daily. If your skin is dry you should not use the normal cleanser, the oil base cleanser will be a good choice for your skin and also this will give a good result.
Now days there are lots of cleanser available for the special skin type, it may be in the creamy form, gel, liquid, and many more. One of the very effective, useful and home made cleansers is “Fresh Milk”- if some one uses fresh milk as a cleanser it really cleans the pores of the skin and make it clean.
Way of Cleansing:
Before doing any thing you should fist know the right way to do that. The right way to apply cleansers on your face is in an upward and outward movement. You should not stretch or pull the skin while using that, leave the cleanser on your skin for a minute or two so as to loosen the dirt and make up, remove it either using a cotton wool or with a tissue paper, again using an upward and out ward movement. Finally rinse with water.
